Conroe is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Conroe follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. Went in for help with an issue I have been having for over a year. It shows in their very own pamphlet they offer treatment for the issue. I was hopeful thinking maybe this time I will be heard and helped. After my vitals and a few questions, I waited in the room to be seen. The NP that walked in did not introduce herself nor examine me. No questions for me at all. She went off the notes from the kind young man during my vitals. This lady literally walked in the room with the ending to my appt. She basically told me my age was causing my problems and to take some OTC perimenopause vitamins. Even gave me a print out. Now it's very clear to anyone that something is very wrong with me. I'm unable to stand up properly, walk or move. The pain and stiffness in my body is horrible amongst many other things. This lady told me I was going thru perimenopause without an exam or testing. I found out I have two auto immune disorders and two issues with my spine along with being defecient in a few vitamins. You may SERIOUSLY want to find another NP that will actually take the time to talk to your clients and listen to their issues. This way you can truly offer the help you claim to provide. I le

I am genuinely DISAPPOINTED in this clinic! The reception staff is highly unprofessional when it comes to answering the phone. They are extremely impatient and rude. I work in the medical field myself and we are taught the importance of bed side manner and this clinic has no knowledge of the significance of this. I highly recommend retraining for the entire staff to learn how to speak to patients. Just because the clinic depends on charity does not mean it has a right to treat people who can't afford insurance as a lesser. We all go through highs and lows in life and someday someone from that staff may be in need and they wouldn't want to be treated in the same manner they currently are doing. Do better.

Called to ask if they could help me with some paperwork. They said no because you need to be an established patient. OK no problem how do I do that? We can't help you. Thats what she said! Im trying to ESTABLISH care.

Mary at the front desk is very very rude and has always treated me in my family terribly. My husband need to diabetic medicine and she kept us waiting for three months because she threw the paperwork away. This was what she told me. Sheβs very rude and for a Christian and medical facility, they should not be acting like this.

Horrible! To be honest, no stars. I was greeted horribly! The lady with the foreign accent at the front desk was NOT friendly at all! I have reason to believe she does not like black people! Rude. Had me standing there waiting minutes when I returned with information she asked for!! I will not recommend this place to low income individuals or anyone at all! No one deserves to be treated differently because of there situation or skin color! You would think people would show compassion for you during hard times but they do not! I left this place! After that I no longer wanted their services or treatment. I find another facility to help me because if it wasn't for my current hardship I would have been seen by my primary care physician instead.
